Q: I noticed there are no requests for funds or support on THE SAVIOR'S STORY? Did you forget? A: Nope, it wasn't forgotten. We're going to try and keep this free until we simply can't. If we have to charge, then we will make a decision if we are going to continue. Q: Why did you put this site together in the first place? A: I could say it was so I didn't drive Pam crazy since I had more extra time. Really, the site, and the things you see are important to me and I wanted to put some time and energy into them. Q: Are you doing everything yourself? A: In putting this website together I have had some help from some kind folk. While I am doing much of the work, I anticipate I'm going to need some serious help... especially if the thing takes off. Q: I noticed you have dedicated some pages to travel. Why? A: The Oberammergau trip for the Passion Play is a unique experience which happens only once in a decade. This is my last time and my trip is unlike any other. Just wanted to share it. The trip to Israel is something altogether different. I had the opportunity to go to Israel shortly after I became a Pastor. That trip changed my life and my preaching. Since then I've been back about a dozen times. Sadly I had opportunities many did not. That's why I'm committed to making this pilgrimage a possibility for the Lord's servants. Not only will they see the land of the Savior's Story for themselves, they will also learn how to lead other tours in the future. Germany, Egypt, Italy all await the Bible Scholar. Q: Why select TWT as your Tour company? A: There are many good tour companies out there, but over these decades the folks at TWT have never let me down. When I came to them with my idea presented on this website, they made it a reality. More than that, whenever I have been on their tours they have taken care of the group. (Example: in Egypt we had a guide who was trying to lead us and write articles for a newspaper. He was doing both jobs poorly. After he failed to straighten up, I called TWT and the next morningwe had a new guide.) |
