With most villagers of Oberammergau on the stage, in the orchestra pit, or behind the scenes, every Passion Play presentation is a labor of love and an act of devotion. The village presents a globally known masterpiece of theater and music.

You are invited to experience this historic event as more than just a spectator as you spend five days living, visiting and interacting with the villagers of Oberammergau!
As you experience the life of the village you will have an opportunity to recognize the participants when you attend the next to last performance of the Passion Play of this decade. You will experience firsthand their passion, dedication and commitment to fulling the promise made centuries ago by their forefathers.
You will also be on hand to experience the after-glow of the evening of the final performance! Words are insufficient to describe the emotion of the village as the realization that the event of the decade is concluded! You will be there to experience it!
